Don't laugh too hard. WTF is "Goth-Chi katas"?

Goth-chi is an ancient martial art dating back as far as the late 1980s. It is something like breakdancing, done very, very slowly. Tradtional it is performed to The Cure or Nine Inch Nails.

The Church, being the premire Gothic-Industrial night club in the DFW area is the only venue where such music is played regularly in a dark, smokey environment suitable to looking less stupid by way of reduced visability.

I went last Sunday. The atmosphere was really bizarre and stifling. Hopefully, that was a fluke. In any case, I start work on Monday morning, so I think I'll be trying to get a good night's sleep.
