working out helped me out a lot too....it can be addictive...but I don't think you are that point...I could tell a lot of times people who were when I worked at the gym...and you are way away from that....

it's perfectly alright to hit on a girl at the gym...but the way you go about it is what makes the difference....just like anywhere else....I was just at the gym a lot so I dealt with it more often there....

I'm glad you did the efx....you don't know how many times guys would come to me and ask how many guys actually used it....no one cares...you are working out...be a man and use it if you want to...so it was usually the guys already in shape that used it regularly....

also any difference is a big deal...so congrats :)...it takes awhile to notice it, so people usually get discouraged....also you are less likely to notice it since you look at yourself everyday....clothing size and people noticing are the big indicators...which sounds like you already hit both of those!

marathon here we come!

lol i wasnt really discouraged by being initially confused by the efx machine. i just thought it was funny. and there ARE a number of guys who do work out on the efx already, i spy on them from my stationary bike from the next floor up-- thats how i got the idea to do the efx in the first place lol

yeah i'm not expecting results any time soon. 18 months of sitting in a chair for hours a day isnt going to go away in 3 weeks which is fine. the way i see it is like a balloon. if you have a balloon with 5 cubic feet of air inside and you release 1 cubic foot it's not that noticable of a difference. however the change from 4 to 3 is more substantial and 3 to 2, etc. sorry about that analogy, but it's how i see things.

Dave Hague - The guy who only see's things in balloon form. :)

Dave, this may sound cheesy, but im proud of you and what you have done with your life. You said "fuck this, i am changing now" and you did it. To be honest, seeing you turn down snacks or uinhealthy food or turning down going out to eat alot caught me off guard. That is a testament to your dedication and it is awesome! :) Good job man, i know you are gonna graduate and be allright and have crazy spring and summer! :) Ok, enough ego boosting for now!
