I'll tell you why marching to your own drum/doing your own thing can and often is horribly flawed: because we humans often make horrible choices- think for instance of the Gulags in particular if you want to know why mankind should be constrained to the disciplines, and yes, trainings, of the Decalogue in particular... we humans do dumb things, if not overtly evil things that wisdom says the following: "those who won't be controlled from within must be controlled from without

And you completely missed the entire point of the video. It's about marching to decry the ones that are already being slaughtered... the names are right there in the video. It's about changing the damn status quo that says it's alright to kill innocent people just because their skin is a different color. It's about making changes so everybody is safe from unwarranted violence by those that are supposed to be upholding the laws, not breaking them and killing people. It's about accountability.
