Have you considered therapy? This isn't meant to be patronizing. I honestly think that extreme mental duress is not something which can simply be left to oneself to work out or for friends to talk out with you. Friends will ultimately give you a biased opinion and it's difficult for them to step back from the situation because they know you. Also, it's difficult for you to take their advice to full consideration because you know them. Friends will sometimes be caught up in their own problems or emotions to properly help you deal with your own, even if they are very good friends, but it is a therapist's job to listen to your feelings and thoughts and help you work through them. A therapist or counselor could teach you how to better deal with your feelings in a way that is affective and useful
