Is anyone else utterly sick of the "That was a bit defensive" statement? I feel like anything I say that contradicts now is construed as defensive, regardless of my lack of feeling any sort of defense.

And then I become defensive. Jesus. It's a vicious circle.

I think I live in a perpetual state of apprehension - what the hell am I going to do after I graduate? Audition, I suppose - and I'm not as bad off as I could be... but this is why I don't think about it much.

Last night was the Beth Gibbons concert - amazing. And I shook her hand - which is nice, but I'm not really overly excited... now - if I had the violinist's job. that would be something.

If ticketmaster doesn't fucking put a warning that a venue is 21+, how the fuck am I supposed to find out, especially when I know that the venue can be 19+? Christ. So now I have to deal with this... ugh.

What scientist actually decides to study this?! And what journalist actually decides to call the story "And that's how the cookie crumbles?" - without correct capitalization, even.

I got a phonecall while I was sleeping today about receiving flowers that were waiting for me in the mailroom. I also have been waiting for a box they lost to show up - so I go to the mailroom, all groggy and confused about who would send me flowers - and find out they screwed up, and really I have a box.
