Another week of 12 hour days...I'm sooo burned out on this project. And my lead programmer wants to go out to eat every night so its been meat at least one meal a day, and its hard to go to a steak place and order just a baked potato...

Ahh well, we're on the road, so I think my technichal director/lead wants to take advantage of our allocated daily food reimbursement. I don't blame him, getting sent onsite for a week isn't all that fun (he's married, hah, I remember what that was like), and as the producer I figure its part of my job to keep him happy.

But so many unexpected bugs! I guess thats what happens when you have a complicated system with so much specialized hardware...

Well, the client will review the software tonight and tomorrow while we finish up. We'll probably need one patch since there are some messed up art assets. It is too bad the scope of this project wasn't as obvious in pre-production. I guess I should have came here and spent a few weeks on the base to study it more. Sigh. I hate explaining why things aren't quite done... =P

Same here.. I don't like explaining to my boss why things aren't finished. I've been doing her job since January, while she sits around doing whatever.. Come October, it'll be 1 year since I started working here. I've never received a raise. In fact, I've never received any raises in my lifetime.

Oops. Well, I'm sorry to hear about your underemployment...seems like lots of studios are hiring, keep your ears peeled. How many years experience do you have? I'll keep my eyes open... =)
