Once again today I find myself with little to nothing to do at work and so begins my search for new and fun topics to learn about. Today's journey begins with
this interview with the man who designed the FedEx logo. I know, I know, it sounds terribly boring but have you ever noticed the subliminal arrow in the
logo
? As mentioned
in a previous post, FedEx > UPS. No need for a rant at this time but UPS has done nothing but disapoint.
Next on my reading list was a post about a
cease and desist order from Disney to sites hosting the great (and free) album by the Kleptones, "Night at the Hip-Hopera." It's a mash-up of Queen and hip-hop and pop songs that I've been listening to at work for the past couple weeks. There are still
mirrors of it available if you wanna check it out. I think it was a lot more fun, and better done, than the Grey Album that was all over the net this summer. Speaking of which, a
video was released for the Grey Album today. You can watch it at that link, or download it from me
here. I haven't actually gotten around to watching it yet but I keep seeing links to it so it should be good, right? I've also uploaded the November mix I've been listening to. Check it out
here.
Time to catch up on last night's episode of The Daily Show and then I think I'm going to check out that new FOX show, House. I don't hold very high hopes for it though.
