Hi, I noticed that it didn't say anything about...well, anything on the 'info' page or anything, and I think that it'd be a good idea if you like, have at least somewhere that only the people interested in actually participating in this challenge should join - and that the others should simply remain as watchers.

Like me, I'd love to join, but I can't do computer art to save my life, so I'm just a watcher.

I think you should at least think about it, especially if you're going to have that after 15 members join, you'll post the first challenge, as the 15 members that join, there might only be like, 4 people interested/able to make icons.

Hey! Just joined! Wanted to say hi, and if you ever need a hand making awards if that's going to be a part of the community, let me know. I don't know how often I can commit but I'd definitely be happy to help if it was like, every four challenges, or in a pinch.

Out of curiosity, do you have an idea who is the big d/hr manip base maker? I know there's at least one set out there and I'd like to download in prep.

I think it might be riotglassdoll who's sort of the manip go-to person of the fandom, but I generally just manip my own images :D She doesn't manip icons, I think she just does regular sized images and you can crop :)

The layout is just something thrown together so I don't have to use a default scheme ;)

I generally do my own as well, but that's time consuming! I did find a few of riotglassdoll's at the_dhr_palette or whatever that particular community is called.

I dunno, I personally don't feel right when I'm someone else's creations to make stuff. Things I can't make like textures or scans, I have to use other's, but when I can make my own things, I do that :D

And yeah! I saw at daily_snitch. They're so quick! It's kind of scary :O

Definitely joining - so long as you keep it up, because I've been in icontests where they don't and completely forget about it :P Also - maybe it's just my computer, but I can't seem to see the link for the userinfo, etc.

Anyway, I hope it turns out well :)

Yes, the layout is temporary so I don't have to look at the ugly default, so nothing is really "working" yet :)

I'm gonna join. I'll definitely participate. I have a question. Is the format of the challenge going to be starting at the beginning of the week or the middle? Just asking. Is it all gonna be icon contests or is it gonna be variety of things that are challenges? You know. That's about it.

First of all, I love your icon.

Second of all, I didn't decide the time format of the challenges yet, but I can tell you that the icon contests are going to be a variety of things, not only bases provided, etc etc.

I mod a hp icontest over at GJ and honestly, it's not that hard to maintain one. It's really fun once you get the hang of it. I know that I love it. But it could also be because I like to own stuff and boss myself around. Hehe. ;)

Can't wait for the challenge to start!
