Video Editing Software?

Anyone have any recommendations for video editing software? I've been using Movie Maker, which does most of what I want. But the way it handles narration is just bad. I'm looking for something not too expensive or complicated, but better than freeware, that works on Windows 7 or 10.

Try Wondershare Filmora. It is 50 dollars but I like it a lot. It comes with lots of cool editing tools.

also, I have a stuffed bear that looks exactly like the one in your profile picture.
