I think you should capitolize on what you already love to do... illustrated stories. You create these great universes for your game, I bet other people would love to see that too. And if not, hey... you're working on something that fulfills you

I vote with Sara. Your stories in D&D are wonderful! I would love to read and see the story part of the game in more detail. But for something to take to cons in the immidiate future, I like the canvas bag idea. I use one everyday, so might as well be a pretty one. :)

people linked me to a talk that Niel Gaiman gave to a bunch of college graduates of an art school and I was struck by 1) yeah yeah been there done that and 2) yet he's so much more successful than me!

He made up a list at 15 of all the things he wanted to do and has been working down the list. Comic. Novel. Children's Book. Yadayadayada.

Why limit yourself to just 1 project? While you figure out a "something new" to work on, you can start to lay out an actual honest-to-goodness retrospective art book/collection, not just a pamphlet of the last few dozen of new images. It's something that EVENTUALLY should be done (I think Heather's been talking about doing one on her own art), so it's a good idea to start to have the files ready for it once you think you're ready for it yourself. Your main decision would have to be figuring out the dividing line between standard fantasy, nudes, explicit images, and fetish artwork, and then decide how much of the latter would "make the cut" to be included. Glad to hear you had a good time at Spectrum!
