Home now. Taking it easy to recover.
I have one 'left over' from the con - a sketchbook that came to me on sunday - it's pin-up nose art for airplanes, and I just couldn't do a loose simple sunday sketch - so I brought it home. It will weigh on me till I get it done and in the mail.

I loved seeing everyone. It was a really good year this year.

Today will Sabrina's last day of school. She's taking early finals so we can drag her to Pittsburgh for the week. She took a five hour energy drink, and her 52 page children's book she did for finals in art class ( Read more... )

Sabrina was confident enough to take a group quiz by herself - in Algebra. She believes the rest of her group are dragging her down. She felt confident in the quiz, and now it's on to studying for the main test ( Read more... )

So, Got a call from Sabrina's Math teacher and she's not doing well. The lady calls the day before the test (final still to come), and I have no chance to get her extra help (Thanks a lot lady). Pretty soon, I must slip into the basement and start mating the originals. I've got a series of gold frames from Dad's attic clean-out - so I think I'll be framing a buncha stuff. My count is currently 11, and there's some pieces already mated ( Read more... )
