Good Checkup

Just got back from my quarterly checkup. For the second straight time I got good numbers and my doc didn't yell at me. Whoo Haa

Congratulations on not having the doctor yell!!

I'm sorry to hear about your brother. It seems like he has gone through a lot.

Have you had a serious talk with him? Who knows, maybe what he needs is to open up to someone, in order for him to go down the right path.

Maybe he'll come around and try to get himself better once he sees you are in better shape.
