A friend emailed me yesterday wanting to know if she could bring someone new to my Tuesday night meditation group, (which I am still hosting, for two more weeks
I have attended my first meditation session - well not physically, but mentally anyway. Last night, (November 27th) at 7:30 PM I put on my meditation CD, sat back in a mainly dark room, with only my beautiful Mollie J (Dalmatian) and black cat Little B in attendance. My other beasutiful partner, Betsy made sure the distractions were kept to a minimum by staking herself out in the living room.
My peace of mind was restored as I thought of how Lynda was going to give special thoughts to me at that time - After around 45 minutes, I "came to", finding myself relaxed and thanking all for kind thoughts. My meditation won't be limited to Tuesday evenings, but will certainly be enchanced by my weekly meetings. With love, Bruce
