vidding things
The vague video project I mentioned at my last post is going surprisingly well! I mean, I haven't *actually* started editing, I'm just selecting clips at this point, but if you knew what the subject was about, you would know that this is no small feat.
I have to hand it to the interwebz, though, it really is a wonderful place. I've been finding some real precious gems lately. Just a few moments ago I found a few clips that I am DEFINITELY using for the closing credits because they don't actually fit in with the actual video in any way, shape or form, plus they're in poor quality, but I will die if I don't include them somehow because it's the most brilliant thing I've seen in a long time! XD I'm still fangirling about it, it's so wonderful!
And I will CONTINUE not to mention what it is actually about because I am sure that everyone would stop caring about this project once they knew, and you'd instead be going "Seriously? You're fangirling about THAT???".
Because that's what I would say. :P
Meanwhile, project #2, the TRON: Legacy project (aka out of the two vids, the one that I'm hoping will get more than 4 views), is on hold until I'm done with project #1. Because I intend to be more careful with it and think it through properly. I'm growing more and more excited about it, though, which is a good sign! And it also helps me want to finish with #1 already so that I can start working on it. :)
