It's Dutch for hello but Moin Moin! is a greeting in northern Germany, especially Schleswig-Holstein (Neumünster is in Schleswig-Holstein). One of the reasons I really got into Panik was because the Jungs, excepting Franky, speak a dialect very similar to the one I initially learned. But, apparently, Franky's picked some of it up ;>. However, a lot of Germans, including one of my professors, don't believe it exists.

She also doesn't believe Norfolk has three shipping terminals but eff that. *rolls eyes at teh crazies*
