Well you don't need to go crazy on it so start small. Got any thing around the house that needs doing/fixing/changing? Can you do it yourself? Do you know how? No? Then learn how. Best way? Figure out how it works/comes together/is made yourself then teach yourself how to apply it ( ... )

Hahaha I am proud of you!! No excuses = more options for Craeg.

You're right about the money thing. A lot of things cost way too much which puts a damper in things for most people (I really do hear you on this one!!!)

I think the fact that you've identified that you're already doing things but could be doing more of them will help you out here, so long as you stay aware of that. At the end of the day happiness is really just learning to be content and satisfied with yourself. And that is really what "living life to the fullest" is about. People piss me off when they say "oh yes but you have to always be pushing your limits to the maximum for that!" which really isn't true. That's such a false notion and just promotes recklessness. As long as you learn and experience life at your own pace and feel happy with the person you are that is really all that matters!
