So yeah, they found Wanda, she didn't kill everyone and they figured out that she has the power to undo what she did if the individual mutants want their powers back. So she tested it out on Rictor and he totally GOT HIS POWERS BACK! Holy fuck, Batman! That's a hell of a lot of epic universe changing stuff to happen in a story that's not technically in continuity at the moment. (Or did they change that and say "fuck it, this can be going on with Fear Itself. Sure, why not?" I kinda stopped paying attention...)
