I cannot be postive but I am pretty sure people have been stealing my ideas and words from my journal and getting rich from them behind my back. I have been noticing that alot of people have some real fancy new clothes on and where else could that money have come from? I am now forced to take action to protect myself and my future earnings. When is my work protected?
Your work is under copyright protection the moment it is created and fixed in a tangible form that it is perceptible either directly or with the aid of a machine or device.

So your work is already copyrighted and you can already start suing the bastards. What were they thinking????

Thank you...that was very very helpful.I can't wait to sue those new clothes wearing plagiaristic bastards. I hate them so much. I also hate their brand new pastel capri pants.

I copyrighted the word "copyright" long before you could pee in the big boy potty.. so I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to refrain from saying anything else in your journal. Naked pictures are acceptable, however. :)
