Why do people with dogs insist on bringing them to Petsmart and then yell at them for not behaving

A lot of these people just go 'round with their dogs because they have some status symbol breed. A 1500.00 puppy that looks "right" for their image.

My Scamp was a mutt, and she never went to Petsmart.But we took her to the drive through a lot, and she got free burgers. :D
