ummm....thats the titles we were given!

But also with like:

A brief history of how it got to where it is?
Is it really a success? How do we know?
What are the oppertunities and threats?

I suppose like - since Google is such a big company now, whats so special about it? Will its majority stakehold continue? Has it made information accessible for everyone?

Those sorts of thought streams! - Can you see now why im having troule - and its only 2000 words! :s

Information will never be accessable "to everyone" because it's only there for people who have the ability to access it.

I don't really know enough about Google to help, I'm afriad. Google "the history of Google" ?!?!

I'm gleaning lots of opinions off of Phil - he know the techno side and the business side of things, i think ive got enough bits and pieces to start to put together an essay.

Google's dangerous. In my opinion. They have a near-monopoly on internet search. They own YouTube. They run google earth/google maps. They're launching online versions of microsoft office. They even perhaps have plans for online mirrors of people's hard drives (revealed by accident in the last few days).

Pretty soon, your online experience will be almost totally owned by them. With the rumours of extremely dodgy dealings on their recent youtube acquisition (see the link I posted on facebook) I'm a little concerned for the future. They need someone to take them down a few pegs and go back to the people-friendly company they started as.
