I'm hardly from a culture where people make faces over 'sweet things' not being good. ...Rather, I'm from a culture where the scone is a perfectly acceptable breakfast when covered three inches high in clotted cream and an additional inch on top of that of jam.

I find it to be useful in assisting my clarity of thought.
