That's always been my biggest problem. the discipline to get a routine going.
Though I guess I lost 5lbs (since i last weighed myself about a month ago)... not bad for doing absolutely nothing to intentionally make myself heathier. Though, i guess the new job has made me a bit more active than i was.
a routine eventually becomes a habit :) At this point, I honestly think I would FREAK out if I didnt get to go sweat it out. If I changed my eating habits I'm sure I would feel like shit too.
yeah... well, i made that shopping mistake once already!
No shriveling...but this last streach is going to be the hardest. With all the lifting I am also making more muscle and therefore gaining as well. Toning and more toning from here I guess..
