i tell myself changes must be made, sacrifices must be made, and now i miss all the bullshit and waste of time i used to do.

everytime you do this bullshit you pull on me, old habbits are easily picked up again.

nice weather not so sunny. played football in the afternoon. got home suppose to go out with mom to have dinner instead i was K.O. on the couch. the afternoon won my spirit i guess. my body isn't used to using so much energy anymore. this lazy bum will get back in shape.

In the end we're all Springer guests, really, we just haven't been on the show.
