First day with Personal Trainer

I had a free day with a Personal Trainer from my Gym membership. I decided I might as well take advantage of it now, and maybe sign up for future workouts if it went well. The trainer (Eddy) was on the phone when I got there at 12. He told me to do some cardio before we started working out (since he was still on the phone). Normally I do cardio ( Read more... )

I hardly ever use wait times less than 90 seconds - does your trainer actually recommend doing this workout on a regular basis to build mass? Let me know how it goes after a few weeks.

I think for the circuit type of workout, I guess it is beneficial. It was my first session, I have 4 more sessions set up with him and probably will do more. Honestly I haven't had a workout that good since wrestling in high school.
