A rose for every day they had been together, scattered throughout her room, a poem or at least very heartfelt apology, followed by a romantic evening or something.

That would be so romantic! :) I'm a romantic at heart! But pretty much for me, I think a poem or writing a song or maybe getting on his knees and begging might work or buying me a massage at some day spa . . .
but I'm not that high maintenance, so I would probably also just accept an apology, as long as I knew that he TRULY meant it from the heart and it wasn't just a half ass kinda thing.
