the fanvid ~homage~ was so hilarious to me and (I suspect) anyone involved in fandom.

my roommate, who loves the show, was very confused by it. she didn't know what fanvids were.

I am not comfortable with that duty. There are certain things you should just keep to yourself on the Internet.

I know a lot of Jeff/Annie people were upset by the ~homage~, but meh. At least all the scenes featured were ones we'd never seen. I'd be more/actually upset if they were scenes I had been seeking moments in for the past two years.

Agreed.

People can feel upset or slammed if they want, but I personally don't think it was warranted. Yeah, it was a bit of a jab, but a FRIENDLY jab, and a nod to the fans saying "hey, we know what you get up to, we think it's great and appreciate how involved you are with our show!" I just think it's missing their point and wasting energy being worked up over it.
