oh i just totally edited my entry having now seen teh episode and BEINGS SPOILED FOR PART 2 WTF???? OH GOD, I AM HEARTBROKEN.

Finally, we get more Matt/Alesha time than we have in 2 series and everything is RIPPED AWAY FROM ME, DAMN THEM!

I haven't watched the series yet (I'm waiting for it to air here), but didn't you hear the news he was leaving when Bamber wasn't sure if the RDM pilot was going to be picked up?

Oh I heard he was leaving, but I didn't think it was going to be "mid-series"! I thought I'd have him for another 7 episodes! And I was clueless about how they were sending him out. UGH, MY HEART.

Okay, I didn't really know it was mid-series either, but with an L&O the only way to get rid of DCs is to kill them or someone they care about. (See, Benjamin Bratt on the original and Jerry the same way, or Skeet U on LO:LA.)

Their perfect faces have been soooo perfect (though not together as often as I'd like), and they were even more perfect in this ep :(
