I have to admit I was.. vaguely surprised by the amount of anger** and stuff, at CD Japan for that mistake. xD; *death* I mean, okay -- most of it was hilarity, and a little indignation's justified after finding out the mistake's been there since 'at least last summer' and they have been emailed about it before. But, well... 8D I dunno, I always personally thought the best part about liking Shige was that he was so unloved. 8DD *clearly S-type* I mean, his character type is hilarious and unfortunate, even when he doesn't mean to be, and doesn't even have a hand in the matter... I think it's fabulous. xD;; So...
...actually, nevermind. |D *puts tego boots back in the closet*
Have at! 8D; A drabble about it~ because the stupid Notti-thon thing is still unfinished 'cause I write really damn slow, and. I need to find my scanner for the Juniors. 8D Well. ;D Shige-ai is good anytime. ♥ (And also, this Rascal Flatts song is sweetly lovely. :D Nothing too special, but
download if you'd like to check it out~)

If Shige hates Ryo, it's because it's (usually) an amazing feat of photography to make him look bad, not good, and he's juuust fine letting everybody know it, thanks very much.
If Shige's always watching Kusano, it's because nobody can really forget that face and four freckles -- even if his eyes are smaller than a single-lidded's when he laughs, and his lopsided grin isn't as perfect as Shige's own fake idol smile.
If Shige wants to be Yamapi, it isn't for the fame or name, or money or looks, but how -- tired or stupid or deadpan or smart or offkey -- Pi is always just Pi, and people love him for it.
If Shige wants to swap his own for Massu's shoes, it'd be to see how it feels to dance for the world... as if nobody's watching.
If Shige's amazed by Tegoshi, it's not because the 'kid' debuted after only eleven months with the program, but because he never probably ever thought, "There's no way I'm good enough to do this."
If Shige's jealous of Moriuchi, it's probably because where Taka didn't really fit in, it wasn't really where he wanted to be, either.
If Shige ever thinks Uchi is lucky, it must be because having a friend like Ryo -- that loyal and stubborn -- fighting tooth and nail for your self-confidence means you really can't lose.
If Shige sometimes clings to Koyama, it's maybe because of how Kei can like Shige for what he is, just the way he is underneath, barbs and lame and all. Sometimes when even Wagahai doesn't.
If, despite all this, Shige would still choose to be reborn as himself if he could live again it's because: even when he can't quite hold a melody, or dance without going paa; despite how his uchiwas don't sell, and people maybe don't really know who he is... well. Somebody has to be the guy making everyone else look good, and Shige supposes he doesn't really mind doing it for the bandmates he's lucky enough to have debuted with.
He counts these blessings every day.
