my throat.... and RA

So, I don't know what my problem has been lately. My throat seems to be growing in size. I can speak, sing, eat, and drink, just fine. But my breathing is slightly labored and it feels like my lymph nodes have turned into stone. Sorta like a fairy tale, but probably caused by a virus
