I still think you should be able to argue the lease breaking fee, because these are unlivable conditions or something like that, the towing sticker SUCKS and I really think you could get a lawyer for less that 2200, of which as soon as they hear that, they'll probably just let you go, cuz it's not worth they money or the law fees to them.

Since you're such a good writer, I would write a short but powerfully convincing letter imploring them to break your lease with no fees. If it doesn't work, it's an hour wasted. If it does work, you just earned $2000/hr for an hour :)
