I highly recommend it, especially for people like us who do things like sports. But if you're comfortable with contacts, then there's really no rush. I'm just a pansy when it comes to contacts. :) Anyway, if I had known before how "simple" the procedure is, I would have done it a lot sooner. I wasn't nearly as scared in the operating room as I thought I would be.
