In 2001 I had the great pleasure of seeing Guitar Wolf play at The Garage. I took these pictures that night, and recently found them while I was cleaning out a closet. It bummed me out to remember that Bass Wolf is dead, and that the band will never play again without him. Dig this shit:

I really wish I had the chance to see this band before Bass Wolf died. I hope they decide to carry on at some point in the future.

The raddest was when Seiji gave me one of his guitar picks, black with hot pink writing. It was emblazoned with the initials R.R.E., which he explained stood for "Rock and Roll Eternal".
