MERLIN 2.01 REACTION POST
MERLIN IS BACK, BITCHES! And I couldn't be happier!
OMG first time we see Arthur he is shirtless. YESSS. Love it. Also, why is Merlin right outside Arthur's room in the middle of the night? Shouldn't he be sleeping in his bunk at Gaius's?
Also, Colin? Bradley? I LOVE YOUR FACES. so much. *ahem*
But not when Colin's face has poop on it. OF COURSE YOU HAD TO GO THERE, MERLIN WRITERS. So awk. Do not want. At least you made up for it in the next scene...

And then when Merlin tries to explain and Arthur says "Merlin, have you been on the cider?" LOL. I don't blame you, Arthur, Merlin sounds a damn fool. Oh, boys.
Also, overall in this episode, Mackenzie Crook as Cedric didn't look nearly as creepy as I normally think of him. But when he was possessed by Sigan? Oh shits, yall, the creep is ON.
Uther: Camelot will not fall to a sorcerer while I am king!
Me: Uhhh, really? Because it kinda looks that way.
Ahhh the Arthur/Gwen stuff. I know that a lot of people have mixed feelings on it, but I'M IN. Sure, it was sort of sudden, but it was almost just like the Jack/Ianto flashback lol. And I love Gwen, and I love Arthur, and I love that they will fall in love! Especially because I really kinda ship Angel/Bradley after watching the video diaries from first season. :D Plus, we know that its gonna go there eventually anyway, why fight it?
Also, Angel is looking so gorgeous this season! I love her hair, and that they are dressing her in lavender now instead of all the yellow. A+ FASHION!
When Merlin goes to Gaius, and "comes out of the cave" about his relationship with the slash dragon?!?! OMG MERLIN'S FAAAAAAAAAACE. It sounded so dirty, it made my insides feel all funny. :D
Oh, really, dragon? Just a promise? Because I'm sooo sure Merlin's gonna keep it. YOU SHOULD HAVE MADE HIM SWEAR ON THE RIVER STYX. haha.
Also, some of you may know that I love some good eye effects, the Heroes whiting out, blacking out, any of the above. Very hot, and when they black out Colin's eyes? UNF. Also, I'm really liking the gold-flash effects for Merlin's eyes this season, too.
Man, when Merlin comes out from the Mist and grins at Gaius, I really thought he was still possessed. I was like OH SHIT- oh, oh its okay. There's the happy music.
I love how at the very end, Merlin just laughs with Gaius, like, "Yep! I called him a clot pole, haha!" Oh, Merlin.
