This is too funny
We just got a "2010 Property Tax Reduction Form". It definitely looks like it's from the government, but it says "That it is not a government agency". It says "that in order to get the adjustment we would have to send a check of $189. Once the check is received they would review our property value. If after the value is determined you don't qualify
