River crossing
You might have seen Taika Waititi's movie Boy. There's a shot in it of the two kids walking across a long bridge.
The first three photographs show how you got over the Raukokore river before the bridge was there.
These are really incredible images. The prints I've scanned are about 3.25" by 2.25", contact prints probably taken with something like this Kodak bellows camera. I've reproduced them here at about half the resolution I've scanned them at, And even at full size the detail is fantastic.
