I catched the yeasts all by my self!

It's really quite amazing when you see the starter really coming to life and getting fizzy. It took a bit longer than my internet research suggested, about two weeks rather than one, but hey - actual real bread made out of flour, water, salt and olive oil.

Oh, yeah, and I ate'nt dead yet, either.
