Just spent half hour with helpdesk at work. Couldn't get any internet connection through LAN or Wireless. By the end of the conversation I just wanted to scream, so I politely said thank you and hung up before I started cursing him off.

But the problem is that all helpdesk functionality is offshored. And the quality has gone down significantly.

But serioualy, though, I love when they try to tell you that there is no problem and you just don't know what you're doing. Sorry. :(

I actually just fixed it. Just like I thought, I reinstalled Wireless client and now it's working fine.
