I really enjoyed Awake. I am sort of wondering how they will keep it going, but as long as it doesn't get too ridiculous, I think it could be good. I'll keep watching, but I would watch Jason Isaacs do pretty much anything. It's too bad he can't have his lovely British accent, though.

I'm so glad you posted. I've been wondering how you are, how your new home is, how your new job is, and so on. I understand about adjusting to someplace that Isn't New York. But if Seattle is any indication, you'll find a lot of things about Berkeley that aren't New York, that couldn't possibly be New York, and are inexpressibly cool, just as I have found with Seattle. It may take some time, but you'll get there. I never thought I'd stay where I am and now, I'd have to think hard about leaving. Because the truth is, as convenient as subways are, if I have to choose between sitting in a subway tunnel or sitting in traffic on a freeway from which I can see a lake and a volcano, I know which I'd choose. :-)

Also, I'm right there with you on Mad Men and Game of Thrones. OMG. Can't wait.
