Prop 8 = Oh No, They Didn't!!!  :(

Unless anything really drastic changes after I pass out momentarily, I fear Prop 8 has all but passed. Here's hoping it gets tossed out as unconstitutional.

Still undecided but it's looking like it will pass, along with Prop 4. Both REALLY bother me. There is at least one married gay couple that are planning on suing if Prop 8 passes. Lets hope if it does, it somehow gets overturned. Ironically enough if it DOES pass, it will harm the California economy. Straight couples tend to be a lot more frugal, since gay marriage was legalized in Cali, the wedding industry has boomed.

I do hope for either a lawsuit or other such legal challenge to throw this out. It's still just so disappointing to see how many people voted this way.
