Economy is tough? I have a few things I had at Spots that didn't sell and they were cheap. The ones I did sell were new, washed only, and i had to cut the price in half.

Spots is actually a pretty good way to sell stuff...or was, prior to Goodmama. :(

I mean, I lent Satan my sweater, but I thought he just had a cold, I didn't know HELL WAS FREEZING OVER.

Best line I've heard all summer!

I've avoided the GM craze / hype / addiction - too pricey a habit to pick-up, and honestly, a huge factor why my family cloth diapers is to keep costs down.

What are you selling?

Actually, a lot of people won't buy goodmamas. They are like SOS once was, the 'Big Thing.' I like them, but not everyone does, just as I didn't/don't like SOS, but many people did/do. Everything has it's phase. Eventually the insanity will start to subside just as the SOS insanity has.

you know, I never owned a GM, but I lusted after her diaper bags for a long long time. Then I got a MBM bag, and I was happy. :)

I sold my SOS diapers really fast. They were cute, but barely fit my 3 m/o. I really wanted to like them, too.

even before GMs got insane.. people were being cheap as hell. So I dont blame goodmama for that.. ;)

Everybody wants something for nothing. The DS drama mamas only go crazy for the GMs cos they think they are screwing someone else out of them.

LOL! I think I have to agree withthat last sentance, the amount of GMs put up on Spots that are still hanging around is shocking, when even with inflated prices they were being snapped up within a split second only a few months ago. I think people are just being more careful with their pennies generally, and there's always something new to buy from WAHMs so it's not like it's hard to get pretty diapers brand new either.

Yeah, I laugh when I see them hang around forever with their over inflated prices. The market is getting flooded with them, so people arent willing to pay over retail anymore unless its something super special.. even old retired prints are going for reasonable prices these days. Its only a matter of time before things even back out.

But yeah. Its the psycho mentality thats making it what it is. They are nice diapers, but I wont pay over retail for one and Im not stalking and having a cow when I cant get one, either. Its just a diaper.

Seems like a lot of people bought the wish and switch boxes simply to sell the diapers on individually to try and cash in. Urgh, the drama over a frigging poo-recepticle is completely devoid of sanity, I mean, sure I love pretty diapers and have spent waaaaay more money than I should on them but that cash went to the WAHM not to line some greedy so-and-so's pockets.

Probably makes less sense to me as GMs didn't work for us, as sidesnapping works better *shrug*.

oops, I just made you an offer on your pinheads. Don't beat me for being cheap ;)

I am glad you posted here or I would have never seen your for sale post since it doesn't have a tag.
