WHAT does a girl gotta do to get a refund? Somebody get me a loudspeaker....

Holy Freaking....I hate Drama, really....Average american. I dont mind watching the car wreck, but I definately don't want to be involved.

And with the occasional exception - I dont have time to be creative right now, so I'd much rather be a consumer. It's easy. It's simple.
I dont want to make my own damn diapers, I want to buy them.
I cant ( Read more... )

i hate stuff like this because i bend over backwards to do what customers want and nobody ever talks about that!
i had a complaint and i sent a refund, no questions asked, and the women had the nerve to get catty with me for refunding her!
it's just so different than doing business on a non-personal corporate level, because when working with a WAHM, there's always the element of personal/friend/bs you know?

i'm sorry you had this craptastical experience! not to drag her name in the mud, but who is the WAHM?

See but you didnt lie.
You said you couldnt do it, you refunded.

It is all about communication. Really which is what the world revolves around.
If you are in business and you get a bad reputation, it sticks.
Diapers are by the whole run by reputation. If I want a diaper dyed, I'd go to BigBadVodooMama, or Color me Crazy. They have good reputations and I *hope* I can trust them. I havent interacted with them personally but...I would hope.

I just saw you were juicytoots :) didnt know that, heard good stuff about you...been eyeing your cart for halloween stuff :)

Honestly I dont want to drag her name in the mud either, I *even* told her up until *last* week, if the order was done, she could just send it to me yes it was super late, but I'd be OK as long as I *got* the stuff.

Now.... forget it I just want a freaking refund. I'm going to drama cause I'm tired of asking nicely, and maybe this will help pressure her to do the right thing.

That's so sad.

i accepted a long time ago that if i was going to do business, i had to make people happy. just like you said, it's all reputation. and if i heard that someone was unhappy with something, whether it be a product or my customer service, i would be devastated.

when i stock halloween stuff people don't buy it.... i love halloween, all year round :D

You know what, her shipping REALLY IS slow as hell. Even for something that doesn't need to be repaired, created, etc., it takes forever. But whatever, I can deal with a few weeks for a pocket diaper or what not. I wouldn't be able to deal with a few MONTHS like you are, though. That is absolutely ridiculous.

And as far as some mama pad testers she made back in the day, she wanted feedback from the buyers. Of course, I nicely delivered and even asked questions about the product, and she never even acknowledged me after that. Not one response, not one comment again. I gave up on it, since the testers didn't cost me much at all (even though one of the snaps didn't work after like 2 washes...). Eh, whatever. :-P

I dont recall selling to you.. other than the testers.. and I didnt reply to any of the testers because it wasnt necessary to? Im sorry, I didnt realize I needed to.

All things aside.. Theres a lot more to the story thats not being shared, but.. of all my feedback I cant say anyones complained about my shipping since "shitty post office losing packages nov. 2007" when I had to start going to a different PO to get packages delivered in under 2 weeks. Ive had a couple that didn't get out on time, but its not like its a habit or anything that didn't have a good reason.. I guess going to the PO 3x a week just isn't enough, though.

Yes, I have purchased items from you other than the testers. Off the top of my head, I remember purchasing a green romper with a Chinese symbol on it ("love" maybe?), and a pocket... and something else that escapes me right now. As far as a response about the tester feedback, a simple "Thanks for the information; I'm still working on the final product" would have sufficed.

And I'm sure there's a lot more to the story. There are always "three" sides to everything, right? I never mentioned anything about your shipping because I've always gotten pretty good prices on my purchases from you, so I had to weigh the good with the bad. No huge deal; I was just making a comment to the OP... and I'm a little surprised you responded to me first (that I saw at least, since I don't really care to read through all the comments here).

heh unfortunately for me, I started at the bottom, I dont know why I do that.

I did appreciate your feedback, though, Im sorry about the snap! I figured out what went wrong with those, because I had some longer pronged caps mixed in with the short ones (annoying) but it only happened on some of them. (Of course, by now its beyond moot, heh)
