I sent her an email this is waht she said. no, i dont use PUL, it is industrial strength thin plastic from joanns. it is what they make utility bags with and line "dry bags" for camping.
i am so sorry it has holes in it?! i didnt notice any when i finished it. I would gladly make you another one! i promise you will find you like it better than pul- it doesnt wick AT ALL!! my customers love it!
I have never heard of a wet bag made from thin plastic.
