someone on DS had some dipes up for sale that i paid for.
a day later she refunds my money and tells me she "can't sell them."

am i entitled to give her feedback?
if so, neutral or negative?

she has since changed the post to just say "please delete!"

I'd ignore it. She gave you your money back. It's really no big deal.

I leave feedback for all of my transactions, so I would leave a neutral.

I think it depends. I've backed out of a transaction (good reason) and the mama understood. I told her I understood if she wanted to leave me neg but she didn't...we just left it alone.

If she just said "can't sell" and refunded...I'd probably leave a neutral. On DS, feedback policy is that if money exchanges hands, you leave feedback.
