That sucks. I'm surprised by this! I bought things from her (granted, a year ago) and all was well. I hope you get it resolved soon :/

You gave her 8 days to get you a package? I can understand being upset at this point at lack of communication but I wouldn't be so quick to point scammer...

I could see if it only had been 8 days but at this point it's been almost 3 weeks and zilch. And a whole slew of other mamas have bought from her and haven't gotten anything.

No, I gave her 8 days before I contacted her to find out if it had been sent and to request a DC# if it had. That's when she gave me the story about the dryer being broken and specifically stated, "All my packages went out today. I will get you your DC# as soon as I can run out to the car and grab my wallet."

Notice that she didn't say that they were going out, she said that they went out and that she had a DC#. I gave her another six days before I contacted her again to request said DC#. When I didn't hear from her for 24 hours, I filed a dispute with Paypal. When I didn't hear from her for 24 hours after that, I escalated the dispute to a claim.

So it has now been a total of 20 days from the time I purchased the diaper and 12 days since she told me that it went out. I believe that I've given her a sufficient amount of time, don't you? Especially considering that a friend of mine is dealing with the same thing and so are a few other people in clothdiapering.

I opened a claim and nothing. It has been around 3 weeks since I paid for my item. I just upgraded to a dispute. Hope you get your money back :(

Paypal is giving her until May 2nd to respond which pisses me off as I feel that she's already had enough time, but I guess I don't really have a choice. Just waiting it out at this point =/

Same here. I filed my dispute on the 21st and escalated to a claim on the 22nd and I haven't heard a word from her.

I bought from her a year ago and got almost an identical response. I can't honestly remember if I did end up getting the diaper, a refund or scammed.
