Why was this meeting not public, when everyone else's was? How come we could all hear what Condoleeza had to say as she was saying it? Why would Bush and Cheney not want the public to hear what they are saying as they are saying it - unless they have something to hide?

what fucking amazes me is that people still support the shit out of him. WHAT THE FUCK, does he have to kill soemone.. er, kill an American.

I mean, kill a little old lady at the supermarket, before the supporters say "What the fuck is this guy doing?"

condoleeza's was private too--but they did a repeat performance for the public, with some extras thrown in.

honestly, regardless of my feelings for bush, i understand completely why he would prefer to testify behind closed doors. the 9/11 commission has been turned into a circus and a mockery of its original, vital self by the media and all who seek to politicize it.

I feel the opposite - if he has nothing to hide he souldn't hide behind closed doors. More suspicious is the fact that no recording devices of any kind were allowed, so there is no auditory recording of exactly what was said.
