Here is your science lesson for the day, kids:
Tsunamis, also incorrectly known as tidal waves, are caused by earthquakes, submarine landslides, volcanic eruptions, or (rarely) giant meteors crashing into the ocean. They are not caused by holes in the ozone layer. Seriously. Look it up. I went to a public school and I know that.

It seems the events in Asia has turned a lot of people into experts one of who just told me that plate electectratronics cause earthquakes. I wasn't sure whether to laugh or cry at that one, so just settled for knocking my drink over in horror.

Your friend might be interested that her idol Axl Rose and his excessive use of hairspray in the 80's and early 90's is directly responsible for the hole in the ozone layer (and also his current baldness which he is covering with a dreadlock wig).
