Back to the gym I go. It’s the best medicine I’ve discovered thus far. Nothing (that I’ve tried at least or would want to try) rivals the wonderful RUSH and release from pain that happens around 20 minutes into a good cardio-groove. Aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I love reading about your weight-training... I can relate to that sublime feeling of floating after a great lifting effort. It's neat that we share the same (or similar) goals. =) Don't feel badly about your bi's and anterior delts--these are classically the most difficult muscles to train for most women, as we just don't have them. Also, 40 lb pull-downs are very respectable for a female, whether you're using a straight bar or a rope. =)
Yay for today's bike and big hill challenge for your strong quads and glutes!!

I too love reading your workout posts. They are so inspirational - that woman across the way, doing her routine, that looks fantastic and makes you push through that last impossible rep :-)
