rage in the pomegranate

I had a highly unusual experience on Sunday afternoon. I experienced a ROUO (a rage of unknown origin). Wow, that is intense. I'm glad that C was able to help you through the experience. It's fascinating that the objective observer part of you was available to lend a hand at that moment.

The smoothie sounds delicious. I hope it wasn't the pomegranate!

Yes, it was intense and happily behind me. My hands have finally gone back to their normally icy temperature (that part is not necessarily a good thing, as you know). I have had the pomegranate again since then and did not suffer any ill effect. I guess I'll just have to chalk it up to one of those weird out of character moments/interesting experiences that remain unexplained. Greatfully, I've been happily even keel since then. :-)
