My quandaries are less involved: my MP is arch-Tory Teresa May who probably would still carry Maidenhead if she went on Britain's Got Talent and ate the poor. Which I think she probably did, but they wouldn't show that.
I'm torn between a pre-emptive protest vote for Labour and voting for the LibDems who have the least ludicrous chance of winning here and are probably closer-aligned to my core beliefs.
The fact that this conversation is even happening is an indictment of the FPTP system. I had the brainwave last night of a system where regions are allocated a number of MPs depending on how many people vote. Low turnout? Well, yah boo sucks, you have two MPs fewer than you did last time.
