My dad was in the navy.. He said it was the best time of his life. He's always telling me about his trips to scotland and England and alot of places in Europe.. From what i hear from him you are in for a hell of a lot of fun.

My recruiter was an Electrics Mate on a mine sweeper. I'm also jealous of your training...11 weeks is hella better than my 18 months. BUT! I got an 8k sign bonus :), though I won't see it for a good year or so, once I'm most of the way through my training. What's the ship date Mr. Diaz?
